Is it possible to get Level 1 certified without taking this course?

No, you can’t skip the Level 1 course and go straight to the Qualification Exam. Completing the course is a required step, as it ensures you have the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the standards for certification.

Does this course include the certification exam?

No, this course focuses on teaching the foundational knowledge needed to prepare for certification. The Level 1 Qualification Exam is optional and is offered as a separate product that can be purchased and taken after completing the course.

Level 1 sounds a bit too easy for me. Can I jump to Level 2?

To ensure all students have a solid foundation, completion of the Level 1 course is required before advancing to Level 2. However, if you feel confident in your existing knowledge, you can opt to take the Level 1 Competency Exam to demonstrate your proficiency and qualify for Level 2.

Do I need any prior experience in order to take this course?

No prior experience is required for this course. The Level 1 course is designed to provide a solid foundation, making it perfect for beginners and those looking to expand their knowledge of oysters. Even if you already have some familiarity, this course offers a structured, expert-led approach that can help you uncover new insights and refine your understanding, ensuring your knowledge is both accurate and comprehensive.
