Proudest oyster accomplishments to date: I started one of the first oyster and half shell programs in Temecula, CA - educating and inspiring other restaurants in our area to add oysters to their portfolio. I've also helped continue the education of oyster growing methods, shucking, tasting, and pairing to consumers through our oyster and wine pairing classes that we host at Corbeaux!

Favorite thing about being an OMG member: Being part of a community of like minded people and having the opportunity to learn not just from from Julie and Patrick but from each other as well.
