Most meaningful oyster: To all the families of the oyster farms that have taken the time to wow me. These oysters, from their homes and hard working hands, have become the most meaningful to me.
Favorite oyster to shuck: The east coast is in my blood, so anything Atlantic.
Dream oyster destination: Ireland or Dubai
Proudest oyster accomplishments to date: I have a strong team of shuckers, and I might have impressed a few people with the speed of these shucking hands.
Favorite thing about being an OMG member: Being able to take the new facts I’ve learned and educate my wonderful staff. When I thought I knew it all….. lol
