Most meaningful oyster: This is a tough question! Love Points out of Harpswell, ME. We recently visited Portland, ME to attend their annual Harvest on the Harbor oyster festival. SO many great oysters coming out of that region and the Love Points were a standout for me.

Favorite oyster to shuck: Hama Hama oysters...on their farm! It's a unique and gorgeous location in Lilliwaup, WA where we sat on the water next to an outdoor firepit and shucked the freshest of the fresh Hama Hama oysters.

Dream oyster destination: Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada

Proudest oyster accomplishments to date:

• Finding OMG and passing both Level 1 and Level 2 courses to become an official Oyster Specialist

• Sharing my love of oysters and knowledge from this program with friends and family

• Shucking and enjoying a few on the ski slopes - combining a few of my favorite things!

Favorite thing about being an OMG member: The OMG community. I am truly learning from the best in the industry!
