Most meaningful oyster: The Olympia oyster. They are our very own native west coast species and you get such a big flavor from such a little oyster!

Favorite oyster to shuck: Blue Pool.

Dream oyster destination: Ireland!

Favorite thing about being an OMG member: So many things, but my fave is connection with the community of oyster professionals and oyster lovers!
